Founder of Sports Movements
Attended Loyola High School in Los Angeles where he excelled in football and track and field.
Played college football at The University of California, Berkeley as a Cornerback and Free Safety.
Drafted by The Chicago Bears in the 3rd round of the 2011 NFL Draft. Started at Free Safety for four seasons with the Bears.
Signed as a free agent to The Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2015. Played four seasons in Tampa as the starting Free Safety.
Current Defensive Backs Coach at St. Margaret’s High School.
Chris has trained across the country with the top coaches in strength, speed, and athletic performance. His passion for athletic development has lead him to offer the same training he received as a professional athlete to the youth athletes here in South Orange County.

A Seaside, Oregon native, Alex Teubner went from walk-on to team captain during his six seasons at Boise State. Known for his relentless work ethic, leadership, and academic excellence, he tallied 195 career tackles, earned multiple All–Mountain West honors, and was named Defensive MVP of the 2023 Mountain West Championship. Off the field, Alex is a five-time Academic All–Mountain West honoree and a Campbell Trophy semifinalist, exemplifying discipline and dedication in every aspect of the game.
Beyond his playing career, Alex has a passion for developing athletes both physically and mentally. He blends game-tested techniques with innovative training methods to ensure every athlete is challenged, motivated, and progressing toward their goals. His leadership, energy, and ability to break down complex skills into actionable steps make him a trusted mentor and coach within our program.
