MEET THE COACHES

  • Founder of Sports Movements

    Attended Loyola High School in Los Angeles where he excelled in football and track and field.

    Played college football at The University of California, Berkeley as a Cornerback and Free Safety.

    Drafted by The Chicago Bears in the 3rd round of the 2011 NFL Draft. Started at Free Safety for four seasons with the Bears.

    Signed as a free agent to The Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2015. Played four seasons in Tampa as the starting Free Safety.

    Current Defensive Backs Coach at St. Margaret’s High School.

    Chris has trained across the country with the top coaches in strength, speed, and athletic performance. His passion for athletic development has lead him to offer the same training he received as a professional athlete to the youth athletes here in South Orange County.
